Alexandra McCormick is extremely passionate about health, wellness and the science of nutrition & has a certification in Health & Wellness Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Being an ex- professional ballerina, she has grown up with food being in the forefront of her life. Constantly battling with her body throughout her ballet career and watching friends, family & colleagues struggling through different fad diets, Alex has found a simple approach to living a healthy, balanced life that’s practical, positive & sustainable. It’s not a diet it’s a way of life.
With a love of cooking and a strong belief in real, clean food that tastes good too, Alex uses an integrative approach to both diet and lifestyle changes to improve clients' health. Working as a guide toward an overall healthier & more balanced life, she will look at nutrition patterns, relationships, physical fitness, spirituality, and more.
