What I hear most often is that people get hungry/crave sugar around 10am or 4pm. This is so common & even still we seem to always be unprepared for it. Am I right? We usually end up making unhealthy choices because all that’s quick & available is a bag of chips or chocolate bar from the vending machine or that box of donuts someone left in the kitchen.
